Good day,

Whether you regard our short Canadian summers as an example of the transience of all things and the importance of living in the moment, or you just like wearing shorts and flip-flops, it’s holiday time for most of us.

There will be no virtual or in person Baguazhang classes for the 3 week period between August 19 and September 9. In person classes will resume on Thursday, September 12 and virtual classes on Saturday, September14.

August fees will be reduced to $50.00 to account for my time off and I am also offering a free Backyard Bagua class on Sunday, July 28.

In addition, I am offering a free weekend Bagua seminar at my property on a lake near the village of Haliburton, a 3 hour drive from Toronto. The workshop will begin Saturday morning, August 24 and consist of 2 three hour sessions on that day and another on Sunday morning, August 25. You are welcome to arrive on Friday August 23 and stay until Monday morning August 26. If you want to bring a partner, please do so. There are lots of things to do and see in the area or they can just relax by the lake while we play Baguazhang.

I have 2 spare bedrooms in our cottage (first come, first served), a large screened in porch (you’ll need a cot or pad and sleeping bag), lots of flat ground for a tent, and a large parking space with a power hookup for an RV. There are also accommodations available in the village, a 10 minute drive from the property.

If you are interested in the backyard class on July 28 or the August weekend seminar, please email me and I will fill you in on the details.

Please keep yourself and your loved ones well.
